I have called upon The Packengers multiple times for the pickup, packing, and shipping of artworks purchased at auctions. Of all the companies I have used, they are the best. The items arrived carefully packaged and the boxes opened without any outside help. From the moment the order was placed, and throughout the process, from pickup to shipping, updates are communicated through regular email exchanges. I particularly appreciate that the auction receipt is available on the site, and not just an order number. They are the best I have found.

The packaging is always excellent: I struggle to open it! I have never received a damaged item. Delivery takes some time. This time, an additional delay was needed because a shipping label (for UPS) was created, but the process stopped there. After several days without news, I contacted the packaging company and the package arrived the next day… in perfect condition, as always.

It might be better to use high-quality plastic tape instead of brown packing tape, as the latter came unstuck upon receiving the package. However, everything was so carefully packed, and even double-packed, that the fragile porcelain pieces were not at risk of being damaged.

Impeccable packaging. Excellent communication. The only downside was that DHL handled the delivery and did not provide a precise timeline. The tracking only indicates the departure time from the warehouse and an estimated delivery by the end of the day. This is really insufficient on DHL's part. Almost all other carriers offer complete tracking. However, the price and packaging were very good, so I will definitely use their services again. I had difficulty leaving this review because the link redirected me to Trustpilot France. Please try to find a link suitable for your country.
